"1st Class service from start to finish. Jack was recommended to me with making a wedding railway headboard for Lappa Valley in Cornwall. He was brilliant throughout with regular email updates and photos during the manufacturing process. I'd recommend him with no hesitation. As I write this review Jack is currently making another one for us."

"I have bought.... Many... Headboards from The mole now. And every one has been fantastic - I have mainly bought them as pre built and ready to paint.
Each commission I have had has arrived in top quality and you can see the level of detail and effort that goes into the quality of these boards.
I will be back for more!! Thanks as always Jack! Keep up the cracking work." -Will Braddock
"Jack was fantastic to work with! He messaged me and was also recommended by a friend in the local engineer group. I can see why! He was very professional, very thorough to detail and very efficient with getting this headboard made on quite a short turnaround time. The colours were absolutely spot on to match Great Western and the headboard is exceptionally well made. The headboard survived a full day out in the rain on the front of the engine with multiple trips! The headboard arrived exceptionally well packaged with no damage whatsoever. I couldn't be happier with Jack and if I ever have the need for a custom headboard again, I absolutely would ask him to do another! Thank you so much for making this focal point for our wedding, it turned out beautifully!"

"Right from the first enquiry, Jack was very helpful and responsive. He walked through with me what was and wasn’t possible in the time available and we came up with a really nice design. Nothing seemed to much for Jack and I feel like he genuinely cares and is passionate about what he is doing. When I saw the headboard on the front of the loco, it genuinely made me feel a little emotional. If you need a headboard designing for any occasion, you can’t go wrong using Jack."

"Jack has engraved our daughter's name on a much loved family toy, and has done such a beautiful job. The care and attention he has taken has been so thorough, even from the initial conversation. We are delighted with the result and felt confident that the toy was in good hands. Jack was professional throughout and undertook the job quickly and on short notice. We would highly recommend him for his care, detailed work and excellent service. Thank you so much!"

"We were absolutely delighted to welcome Jack to the Sunflower Walk to engrave our finishers medals. From the moment he arrived, it was clear how passionate he is about what he does and how committed he was to creating a wonderful experience for everyone having their medals engraved.
His stall was beautifully presented and became a real focal point throughout the day, attracting the walkers before and after their walk to have their medal engraved with a loved ones name. What stood out most, was the warmth, enthusiasm and genuine care he showed to every person who stopped by.
As a charity, we rely so heavily on the kindness, generosity and support of individuals and businesses within our community, and Jack truly went above and beyond. His positivity, professionalism and willingness to contribute helped make our event the success it was, and we are incredibly grateful for the part he played.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with him, and we would wholeheartedly recommend The Creative Mole and Jack to anyone looking for a reliable and engaging stall holder. We sincerely hope to work with them again in the future and cannot thank them enough for their support."
