Custom Laser Cutting, Engraving & 3D Printing

Alongside my railway products, I also offer custom laser cutting, laser engraving and 3D printing services for businesses, organisations, and individuals.

Whether you need a personalised item, custom signage, an engraved gift, a model, or a precision-cut component, I can create it to your requirements.

Laser Cutting

I can laser cut a range of different materials to create custom products and components.

I can cut:

• Wood and MDF up to 18mm

• Acrylic up to 20mm

• Plywood and other suitable sheet materials

If you have a particular material or thickness in mind, please get in touch and I can let you know if it is suitable.

Laser Engraving

I can also engrave a wide range of materials, including wood, plastic, slate, and cork.

I can engrave custom text, logos, numbers, designs and more, making it possible to create completely personalised products.

I can also engrave onto certain metals and other materials, depending on the type and finish.

3D Printing

I also offer custom 3D printing using PLA and PETG.

This can be used to produce models, components, small signs, prototypes, and many other items.

If you already have a 3D model, I can print it for you. If you have an idea but don't have a model, get in touch and we can discuss what is possible.

Custom Designs

If you have an idea for something but aren't sure how to make it, feel free to get in touch.

You can send me a drawing, measurements, an existing design, or simply explain what you need, and I can work with you to create something that suits your requirements.

One-off items and larger quantities are both welcome.
